hear the speaker, rather than sharing common interests and a shared meal beforehand, you

at 1930 hours (7.30pm) promptly.

Shared meal with organic foods.
Please bring a plate of food
(preferably organic so as to avoid toxic chemicals) to combine with everyone else's.
An oven is available to reheat dishes.

Speaker and questions.
Cost - Donation $5 (if wages)
or $2 (if unwaged) to cover the costs
Anyone can attend to learn more about these subjects.
Feel free to
invite family and friends as well. You can extend the benefit of
the Quality Life Network by make an effort to invite others and by passing the information
on to others.
